Mr. Saucedo holds a bachelor degree in International Commerce from the Monterrey Institute of Technologyand a Certification in Business Retention and Expansion IEDC. He specializes in site selection, incentive lobbying and strategic leasing agreement negotiation.
He has over 10 years of experience serving foreign and domestic companies in the State of Tamaulipas. On the time he was Head of the Matamoros Economic Development Committee, he supported the new investment projects that meant a source of growth for local communities.
With expertise in different industrial and economic development areas such as site selection, supplier development and industrial real estate, he worked at PC&L for Delphi Delco Electronics.
Mr. Saucedo is responsible for the Citius Capital office in McAllen, TX at the Northeast Mexico Border, covering the cities of Reynosa, Matamoros and Tamaulipas.
