Mr. Rene has a B.A. in Architecture from the Metropolitan University of Monterrey, class of 2001. He also has English Language studies abroad in Harlingen, TX.
Mr. Guajardo joined Citius Capital in April 2006. Since then, he has been the reference point in real estate related information of the major regions of Mexico. He has managed to build a solid trust in the company, by delivering decision-making and precise information of the markets of the country; thus, nurturing Citius Capital with cutting-edge databases of industrial and office properties by region in Mexico. His skills range from market intelligence knowledge, to industrial development design.
