Mr. Cavazos is the co-founder of Citius Capital/CORFAC International, and since 2014 has been the Chief Managing Partner of the company, along with the supervision of the real estate operations in the Northeast region of the country. With over 16 years of experience, he specializes in industrial and corporate services; and has supported the establishment in Mexico of major international and national corporations.
Mr. Cavazos holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM), and in 2013 he graduated from a Top Executives Officers Management Program (AD2) of the Pan-American Institute for High Business Direction (IPADE).
As for real estate matters, Mr. Cavazos has a designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and also joined the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), which both of them are the most prestigious real estate designations in the United States.
In 2018, he served as the Chairman of the International Committee of CORFAC International, in which he was awarded with the Charlie King MVP Award. This award is bestowed annually to the member considered CORFAC’s “most valuable player” over the past 12 months. This year he will proudly perform as President of the SIOR, Mexico’s Chapter.
