Miss. Bautista holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Her interest in real estate started early in her career when she joined the sales team of a residential co-op project in Downtown Montreal. Soon after she obtained her Real Estate Certification by the renowned OACIQ in Quebec and worked as a broker between 2008 and 2015. She also took interest in Property Management and was involved in overseeing the daily operations of various multi-residential projects. In 2015, she worked as Leasing Manager for Akelius Canada Ltd, a Swedish landlord with 23 rental buildings in Montreal and by 2017 she was back in her hometown Monterrey, Mexico.
She joined Citius Capital that same year to open the new division Office & Retail, bringing experience in marketing, leasing, sales, negotiations and buyer/seller and landlord/tenant representation.
She´s fluent in Spanish, English and French.
