Mr. Garza has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Administration from theAutonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
He previously worked in certifying residential complexes on 3CV + 2; a model implemented by the Monterrey Institute of Technology. At his previous job in Servicios Maple, he achieved the first place in residential real estate sales in the years 2008 and 2009.
He has a wide experience in site selection, commercial and industrial tenant/buyer representation.
Since he joined Citius Capital as industrial real estate broker in March 2010, he has closed important deals for national and multinational companies such as Bimbo, Weir Minerals, Yachiyo, Tubacero, Halo Creative & Design y Pegasus Autoparts Mty.
Mr. Garza is from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and is currently married and has a daughter.
